Priority Technical Support
RSJ provides Priority Technical Support (PTS) services for IMDS, CDX (MDS and Conflict Minerals) and other compliance reporting schema. If you need assistance with a specific issue or have a question about how to enter data or accomplish a task, our PTS services are your solution. You only pay for what you use and only when you use it.
Fee
RSJ’s PTS services are billed at $135/hour with a 30-minute-per-month minimum. In other words, if you use our PTS services for less than 30 minutes in a given month, you will be billed for 30 minutes. If you use the services for more than 30 minutes in a month you will be billed for actual time used in 1/10th of an hour increments (2-6 minutes = 1/10th of an hour for billing purposes). For example, if you used 32 minutes, you will be billed for 6/10ths of an hour or 36 minutes.
