Harvey assists RSJ’s clients throughout the supply chain, who face potentially severe financial risks for non-compliance with REACH, Conflict Minerals, RoHS2 and other Extended Producer Responsibility regulations from the EU, China, Canada and other major markets, as well as from customer requirements in regard to these regulations.
In particular, Harvey heads up a team of consultants who conduct Product Risk Assessments, Organizational Gap Analyses and similar activities, all of which identify compliance issues and cost-effective implementation solutions that ensure market access, reduce supply chain risk and lower compliance costs.
Harvey also consults with companies seeking to implement a Product Stewardship program to aggregate their global requirements and risks. Additionally, he serves as a subject matter expert with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, assisting with AEM’s REACH, RoHS and other online training programs. In the past, Harvey co-founded and managed a company assisting corporations to comply with European and Asian regulations. He has conducted compliance-related training groups in the US, Canada, Mexico, China and Australia.
